BioWheels-Asheville Group Rides (828.236.BIKE)

Road Rides:
Tuesday Nights @ 5:30pm
Casual-paced ride led by the BioWheels Women’s Team (the fellas are always welcome). Slower in the Spring and speeding up a bit as the season progresses. 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Beginners preparing for “Wheel Ride for Food”, or another event, are welcome! Meet at Meet at BioWheels
Wednesday Mornings @ 10:00am
Chad S. leads a long steady-paced road ride. Not for beginners, but also not too fast. Approx. 3 hours. Meet at BioWheels
Thursday Nights @ 5:30pm
“Brisk” road ride for intermediate to advanced - approx. 2 hours. Meet at BioWheels
Friday Afternoons @ 1:00pm
Intermediate road ride of approx 2-3 hours with bail-out point options for those looking for a shorter jaunt. Meet ride leader Jeremy H. at BioWheels

Trail Rides:
Thursday Nights @ 6:30pm
Casual pace mountain bike ride at Bent Creek. Meet at Rice Pinnacle parking lot. 2 hours and “nobody gets dropped” says ride leader, Eli D.

BioWheels-Cincinnati Group Rides (513.861.BIKE)

Road Rides: Brand-new Thursday “No-Drop Ride” in conjunction with the MS150 training ride series.  Led by BioWheels service manager John Wood, the No-Drop Ride leaves the shop at 6:15pm for a 25 mile loop circling Indian Hill.  There are some rolling holls, but the tough ones are skipped!  Each month 5 miles are tacked on to the loop to build up for the MS150 ride in July!

Trail Rides: Wednesday Night Worlds mountain bike time trials at East Fork State Park.  Beginning Wednesday April 9, these casual timed rides will roll out at 6:30pm around a pre-determined loop around the singletrack at East Fork.  These rides depend on dry trail conditions, so when in doubt check the message boards at mtbohio.com or contact Mitch at the shop to make sure it’s on @ 513.861.2453.
